August 6th 2010 - Progress Update

Adam - 11.07% Bodyfat - 202lbs

Tim - 22.8% Bodyfat - 254lbs

Hey everybody, check out these new pictures! Right now, I measure at 14.27% bodyfat and have lost over 40 inches from the 10 different spots that we measure on my body. I feel great!

What I Can Do Now!

Hey everyone, I have been enjoying the warm weather this week. I went out running the other day and ran 1.5 miles like it was nothing. Then, I went golfing Thursday and walked all 18 holes. After that, I went back to a friends house and play basketball for about 3 hours. I would have never been able to do any of these things before!

We Can Do So Much More...

I remember when I was over 300 pounds and going to Fort Wayne Komet Hockey and Tincaps Baseball games. I would be out of breath by the time I walked in the doors. After working out with Jason, I can do that and so much more. Today, I went out and ran for no reason at all! When I first started... I hated to run. Now I don't mind to do it.

How I Feel

What a great workout today! I just got home and I already hurt. I wonder how I am going to feel tomorrow. We really had to push through the workout. Even though I hurt I feel great. It is a feeling that I can't describe. The best way to describe it is energy with a little pain. I feel like i just woke up after sleeping 3 day straight.       Tim

Back to the gym

Our Last Workout

Hey everyone, today was hard! We did a lower body workout, abs, legs and cardio. It was really tough! Jason pushed us today. I hope I can move tomorrow. It is hard now but we will be happy when we reach our goals.

The Changes

We can start to see the changes! The meal plans and workouts are going well and starting to work. The sore muscles didn't last very long and it is getting much easier to recover after each workout. We feel great! Personally, my energy is increasing noticeably. I'm waking up easier in the mornings too! Our clothes are fitting a little looser and our weight is dropping. It feels so good to see and feel the changes.

Hey everyone. Man, are we sore. I found it hard to get out of bed today. I hope the soreness doesn't stick around too long. Today we are going to go over our meal plans with Jason. I am looking forward to it! I hope we can stick with it!

The first workout was tough.... not that Jason had us do anything that we shouldn't be doing....just eye opening.
We have a ways to go. Personally, I have my doubts about whether I can do this. Yet, I'm hopeful.

Here are our first pictures that we took earlier today. We are excited to watch ourselves change over time. To be honest, it's certainly motivating to see pictures of ourselves. There it is...no hiding it... time to face the facts. We are going to do this! We are excited and nervous at the same time. Jason has done a great job so far in explaining everything to us in detail. You can tell that he has done this before and is a true professional.

Who We Are

Hey everyone. Adam and I are brothers and we are getting ready to start working out with Jason.

My name is Tim Rebber and I am 21 years of age and I weigh 315 pounds. My goal is to get down to at least 220 pounds and I want to get ripped. I am really looking forward to being fit. In high school I wrestled as a heavy weight. After I graduated from high school I quit working out and all my muscle turned to fat.

Hi, I'm Adam. I am 26 years old and currently weigh 270 pounds. My ultimate goal is to get my weight down below 200 pounds. I have tried many different strategies in the past to reach my goals but none have totally worked. In the past I would lose only 5-10 pounds and within a couple of weeks would gain it right back. I am currently the heaviest I have ever been and am looking to get control of it before it gets completely out of hand. I know that it will take hard work and dedication but I am prepared to do what it takes to reach my goal. I am definitely nervous because I know that it will not be a walk in the park. Lots of sweat is in my near future!!!
